Flipkart Venture the investment arm of Flipkart, has announced the selection of five innovative startups for the third cohort of its flagship accelerator program, Flipkart Leap Ahead. The initiative aims to support early-stage startups by providing financial backing, mentorship and access to industry expertise. Building on the success of its previous cohorts, this year’s program is focusing on startups that are pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence (AI) and enabling technological synergy within the startup landscape and accelerating the growth of early-stage startups.
The startups chosen for the program are Xportel, Factors.ai, Expertia.ai, Bharat Krushi Seva and Visa2Fly. Participants will gain valuable insights from Flipkart leaders in various fields, helping them refine their business models and effectively scale in competitive markets.
Investing up to $500,000
Through the FLA program, these early-stage startups will receive equity investments up to $500,000 along with a customized mentorship program designed by a global consulting firm. Additionally, participants gain strategic mentorship and industry expertise from Flipkart leaders across business, product, technology, and finance, enabling them to refine their models and scale efficiently in competitive and dynamic markets. The program culminates in a demo day, offering startups a platform to present their progress and secure further investment opportunities. Participants were evaluated on business model, traction, growth potential, and vision, with top companies standing out for their strong founding teams, clear product vision, and focus on solving real world problems.

Flipkart Leap Ahead (FLA)
Flipkart Leap Ahead is designed to identify promising early stage startups which have the potential to disrupt the digital ecosystem and provide equity based funding and growth acceleration. This program will be the cornerstone of seed-stage investments made by Flipkart Ventures, the $100M venture fund in 2022 by Flipkart. The accelerator will invest in seed to Seed to Series A startups, with a cheque size of $200K – $500K. In addition, to boost the growth of these startups that are at the cutting edge of the latest technology, they will undergo a 60 day program designed to set them up for rapid scaling and growth. The program culminates in a demo-day with invite only VCs to enable future rounds of funding.

It is an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform that empowers businesses with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools. By leveraging cross-channel intent signals, it helps companies target the right customers with precision, enhancing their marketing efforts and driving higher conversion rates.
- Expertia.ai
It is an agentic AI recruiting platform transforming how companies source, assess, and hire talent. By streamlining the hiring process, it helps organizations quickly identify and acquire the right candidates, making talent acquisition more efficient and data-driven.
- Bharat Krushi Seva
It is an agritech startup dedicated to building a traceable and ethical end-to-end value chain for fruits. From offering advisory services to facilitating output linkages, they focus on improving transparency, sustainability, and profitability in agriculture.
- Visa2Fly
It is a travel tech platform simplifying visa applications by providing end-to-end support. They assist travelers with documentation, processing, and travel assistance, ensuring a hassle-free experience for international voyagers.
